Fabrication
Our team can manufacture anything that can be drawn — we can take a raw sheet of material whether Stainless Steel, Mild Steel or Aluminium and turn it into any type of quality fabrication to within the tightest required customer tolerance.
We have the necessary skills to mark and develop complex shapes, and are just as proficient assembling from our laser cut profiles

We have identified a skills gap within the fabrication sector and have been committed to developing an apprenticeship programme.

Our senior employees work tirelessly to pass over these skills and in conjunction with Dudley college we offer a City and Guilds qualification.

ABOUT US
Our 15,000 square foot facility is equpied with press brakes, guillotines, punches, pedestal drills and rolling capabilities up to 5000mm x 3000mm wide to a thickness of 30mm.
We can offer an on-site supervision and installation service both in the UK and abroad. We use Solid Works and AutoCAD software, and can shot blast and paint, linseed coat or offer a galvanised finish for just about everything we manufacture. We have experience with normal single pack solvent based paints as well as water based and 2-pack epoxy paints.
Having forged close working relationships with key suppliers, we can meet the most exacting requirements and all of our engineers are highly skilled City and Guilds-qualified, and experienced in the production of complex fabrications.
